Siemens Cybersecurity Digital Identities is a leading technology organization specializing in supplying innovative solutions for Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) environments. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Identity Management for OT/IoT Service Manager / Cybersecurity Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of our OT/IoT systems and managing digital identities associated with OT/IoT devices.

As Digital Identity Management for OT/IoT Service Manager, you will handle overseeing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of our digital identity management services for OT/IoT devices and systems.

You will play a vital role in protecting our organization's OT/IoT infrastructure, securing device identities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, including ISO/IEC 30141 and ISO/IEC 21823.


Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Service Manager, you'll secure and manage digital identities for OT/IoT devices, leading your service in an agile way according to business needs and coordinating the service with providers and business representatives.

  • Develop and implement digital identity services and procedures for OT/IoT devices, ensuring security and integrity.

  • Contribute to Digital Identity Management and cybersecurity aspects for new and existing Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, emphasizing OT and related products.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital identity management for OT/IoT devices, representing the organization in industry forums and meetings.

  • Proactively develop topics and enhance services in alignment with business and cybersecurity needs.

  • Define and specify outcomes, properties, and capabilities for new or changed services, technology modules, and supporting services. Coordinate procurement, development, and go-live activities.

  • Ensure effective and efficient service delivery in line with contractual commitments.

  • Handle service requests, incidents, and routine operational tasks.

  • Manage the lifecycle of problems, including identification, categorization, prioritization, analysis, resolution, and monitoring.

Your skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of service management experience.

  • Advanced cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable; ITIL certification is preferred.

  • Proven experience in Digital Identity Management and cybersecurity, with a focus on OT/IoT systems and device security.

  • Deep understanding of relevant protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, X.509 certificates) and ISO/IEC 30141 and ISO/IEC 21823.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for OT/IoT systems, including secure device authentication, encryption, and access controls.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, IEC 62443).

  • Experience in international projects or service work, preferably in English-speaking countries.

  • Solution-oriented thinking with a can-do mindset and strong customer orientation.

  • Ability to collaborate at all organizational levels, including Executive Staff and external customers.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English with a focus on security terminology.

  • Understanding of customers' business, processes, and challenges.
