Job description
What role will you play?
You will be driving and coordinating Cybersecurity ecosystems & partner networks.
You will ensure strategic alliances and coordinate the impact for Siemens, our partners, customers and the field of Cybersecurity in general.
You will work and network in a global Cybersecurity team across many countries, businesses and different partners.
You will align the needed technology partners with our experts and services to drive Cybersecurity within Siemens, our customers, society and beyond.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic initiatives within Siemens and our partners.
You will be the link between partners and our technical specialists and management.
You will work with our strategy and leadership colleagues to ensure strategic fit reg. alliances and partnerships.
You will cross-collaborate with the different Cybersecurity experts/ services within Siemens and external partners and with Cybersecurity People & Talent, Culture and Communication activities closely linked to partners.
Manages, moderates or active participates in external representations, customer meetings, fairs, and internal good relationship within Cybersecurity community and stakeholders.
Drives and aligns internal & external communications & storytelling reg. partnerships.
To make a difference, you must have:
A bachelors / masters degree or similar, ideally in Business Informatics, Cybersecurity, Economics or Business Administration
You are characterized by an independent way of working, teamwork skills by commitment and reliability as well as by a sense of responsibility and resilience
You are open to international travel and have intercultural experience and sensitivity
Background in Cybersecurity is beneficial
Strong emotional intelligence
Self-motivation and self-sufficient
Excellent analytical skills and quick grasp of new topics and facts
Strategic mindset - Business-minded and a strategic planner + proven creative thinker
Working experience >5 years
