As our Cybersecurity Platform Lead Architect (f/m/d) for Data Management & Analytics, you'll co-shape the future of secure and trustworthy data management and analytic services in a diverse and cross-organizational team. There's extensive business potential here, and we need your expertise to unlock it.

You can take on this epic role in Germany, Portugal, or Spain.

Your quest:

  • Collaborate with key (IT) stakeholders to forge an innovative security architecture that seamlessly integrates security into our business

  • Make pivotal decisions on the technological direction of cybersecurity elements, working closely IT collaborators

  • Be a cybersecurity leader with a vision, communicating your transformative architecture to senior management and the entire organization

  • Co-create vendor roadmaps for security topics, including contract negotiations, KPI definition, and managing security requirements with vendors

  • Develop security guidelines, standards, white papers, and training programs to empower our team

  • Keep a close eye on emerging technologies, digital trends, and upcoming cyber threats in the tech landscape

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire researchers, architects, developers, operators, and system engineers throughout the platform's entire lifecycle

Your superpowers:

  • University degree (Master) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, preferably as a Cybersecurity architect or consultant for AI services or technologies

  • Solid technical expertise in IT/OT environments, with a focus on artificial intelligence, data management, and analytics

  • Deep understanding of platform security capabilities (e.g., Snowflake)

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., CRISP, TOGAF, COBIT, ISO)

  • Familiarity with Cyber Security standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST). Certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP)

  • You are a team player, innovative thinker, and idea-generator with a liking for networking and staying in touch with experts across Siemens and the industry

  • Proficiency in English, strong presentation and public speaking skills paired with the ability to translate security topics into business language

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving, and multifaceted environment
