About the role:
Cybersecurity has been a critical concern of every business today. Here at Siemens, we have a mature Cybersecurity organization protecting our systems and assets. Governance is one of the critical pillars and defines the policies and security controls, manages risk, provides training and visibility as to our current state to management bodies. In our Enterprise Architecture Team, we need a team player who understands how to connect the requirements of a solid governance framework with a data driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
Shape a governance framework which is flexible and adaptable to support decision in near real time
Ensure all cybersecurity governance related capabilities are correctly articulated and maintained in the overall cybersecurity architecture
Define the governance domain’s target architecture for our data-driven cybersecurity
Provide guidance for the evolution of the current landscape to the target architecture
Support the technical realization and adjustment of the solutions to realize the business value
Recommend process optimizations and efficiency improvements
Support teams in defining and validating viable technical solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture guidance
Collaborate with both internal governance service providers and external customers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and recommend solutions
Your Skills:
At least 8 years of defining solution architecture and delivering software in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or governance with a strong emphasis or knowledge of technology
Solid knowledge in cybersecurity governance frameworks including industrial security frameworks (e.g., ISO27000 series, NIST CSF, COBIT, IEC62443, etc.)
Solid knowledge in risk management and related topics (e.g., ISF IRAM, etc.)
Master’s degree or similar in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or related field
Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX or Sparx Enterprise Architect) and documenting solutions
English fluent proficiency both written and spoken
Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate with others
Ability to communicate at all organizational levels, including executive staff and external customers
Self-starting and drive to solve problems through own initiatives
