Strategically located in the Cyber Valley at the heart of the European Union, it is dedicated to supporting critical infrastructure organisations in the secure design, operation and use of their IT and OT systems.

We are looking for a Consulting Services Manager to join our team based in Libin, Belgium. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our IT consultancy services in the cybersecurity sector. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA. This person will be providing consultancy and training on compliance matters, conducting comprehensive cyber assessments, and leading a team of consultants to deliver exceptional services to our clients.
Tasks and Activities
Consultancy and Training:
- Provide expert guidance on implementing and maintaining GRC frameworks with emphasis on the EU.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients cybersecurity, compliance requirements and best practices.
- Assist clients in developing strategies to secure their critical assets by providing high-value consultancy work.
Cyber Assessments:
- Be able to conduct thorough assessments of clients’ cybersecurity posture, including resilience evaluations and gap analyses.
- Identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations to enhance security measures.
- Perform current state assessments of clients’ security posture, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Assist in managing project quality, risks, and financials.
Client Engagement and Business Development:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage projects and relationships with flagship and key accounts.
Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience are mandatory:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consultancy, with a focus on GRC frameworks.
- Proven experience in delivering project milestones and realizing outcomes of cyber programs.
- Strong understanding of IT risk management principles and compliance audits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Pragmatic, versatile, and growth-minded personality with the ability to integrate into a dynamic organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
- Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- Fluent in Dutch.
