Job description

Within the scope of its current activities and its incoming ones, INCERT is now recruiting a Cybersecurity, IAM & PKI specialist as a permanent position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have to:

• Design, administrate and operate PKI environments (infrastructures and applications);

• Manage external and internal projects that relates to PKI or cryptography-related environments. It

means being able to assist a client in defining a PKI environment architecture (or identity-related

infrastructure) addressing his/her business needs, as well as managing the project in direct relation

with the clients;

• Perform IT developments which are necessary to the functioning of PKI environments;

• Produce standard documentation for PKI environments such as CP and CPS;

• Ensure INCERT clients and suppliers follow defined INCERT cybersecurity, information security and operational requirements; and

• Execute technical security reviews and audits of the cybersecurity, information security and

operations established at INCERT level.

• Assist his direct manager in the daily execution of projects and tasks

You will also have to assist INCERT in the following:

• Establish INCERT cybersecurity, information security and operational strategies;

• Design, administrate and operate IT environments (other than PKI ones and when needed); and

• Ensure the adequate establishment of requirements specific to ISO management system standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS

You will be able to demonstrate:

• PKI hands on experience in handling both PKI software and Hardware Security Modules (HSM).

• Understanding of PKI architecture and capacity to design them to align with business needs.

• Proven experience with identity solutions other than PKI (IAM, Key management System, etc.).

• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Good verbal and writing communication as the position requires close interaction with customers,

as well as project management capacity to follow-up the design phase.

• Capable to work in a team and interact with internal departments as well as clients

YOUR PROFILE

Technical skills and education

You must:

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience within PKI technologies, such as Certification

Authority applications, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and Signing server solutions. Direct

experience with PrimeKey EJBCA and Thales HSMs are considered as an asset;

• Have a good expertise in cryptography (e.g. RSA, ECDSA), UNIX and Windows operating systems, as

well as in JAVA and Apache application servers;

• Have a good understanding of cybersecurity and information security concepts;

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or

related field of study or equivalent work experience; and

• Hold a security industry certification (but not limited to CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP,and Security+).

You must:

• Have the ability to manage complex projects, solve issues and take decisions in a timely manner;

• Ability to understand complex topics and to simplify them for the audience;

• Be curious, rigorous, responsible and have a synthetic mind;

• Have good verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently;

• Act with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity; and

• Be fluent in French and English. Luxembourgish and German are considered as an asset.
