About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Protocol Experts to join our team. As a Crypto Protocol Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new protocols, and improving our existing ones, to support the growth and adoption of our decentralized solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop crypto protocols to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
Write high-quality code in Go
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of protocols and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and solve complex technical challenges
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in crypto technology and bring new ideas to the table
Lead the specification writing process and ensure that protocols are well-documented
Requirements:
MSc degree in CS, Software Engineering or a related field
Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and P2P networks
Proficient in Go
Extensive experience in crypto protocol design and implementation, with a strong focus on security
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
Familiarity with Ethereum or other crypto platforms is a plus
Fluent in English
